Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You have sent us an email to ask us a question or ask us for a quotation for one of our services.
• You have used the “Contact Us” form on our website to ask us a question or ask us for a quotation for one of our services.

We use the information that you have given us in order to respond to your enquiry and to follow up with you thereafter. 

We will not share your information with any other party.

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep personal information such as your name, organisation name and contact information for a maximum of 12 months.  If there has been no further interaction or communication between us we will then dispose your information by securely deleting it.

• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
